Founder and co-owner of the Telluride Pilates Center, Judi is a life long athlete. Alongside a former career in the Real Estate business, which spanned over 25 years, Judi's commitment to fitness manifested through years of aerobics, fitness training, long distance running and cycling. After struggling to heal from a back injury, Judi found Pilates. A saving grace, Pilates became a passion as well as a second career in Judi's life when she became a certified Pilates instructor with Power Pilates at 56. In particular, Judi's focus is on assisting mature women to maintain a lifetime of fitness through Pilates. Caring to do more than simply strengthen her own body mind connection, Judi founded the Telluride Pilates Center as a means to "give something back" by creating an environment in which the health and fitness that Pilates has to offer is available to all.
